Requirements to start a Club:
We have 15 signed and paid members.
We need 5 more for HVBF to pay for and
establish the charter.
Cost per member:
$20.00 application fee
$36.00 for a 6 month membership
or
$56.00 total payment
If we have at least 20 members paid at the meeting, then
the HVBF will pay the charter cost of $150.00.
