We all see life through our own eyes. That is both good and bad. We all see opportunities…and limitations. Are we seeing accurately or does our perspective shape what we do and don’t see? We will discuss the three basic ways of viewing life and some ideas as to how you can shift from one to the next. This is particularly important in times like these when we are quarantined and feeling at the mercy of all that is happening.
Objectives: 1. You will better understand your general approach to life. 2. You will gain insight into how your approach helps you and might hold you back. 3. You will learn how to expand your way of seeing life to open new possibilities.
