Leaders are faced with making decisions in four key areas of their organization: Strategy, Execution, People, and Cash. Each decision area relies on the others to be in sync and well running. But of the four which is most critical? There is no easy answer to this question since all four areas must support the business plan. Each decision area then is linked to the organization’s success or failure. We will discuss each area and their link to a leader’s decision making.
