Mary’s 25+ years of experience as a business owner, manager and an employee has given her the advantage of understanding the employer’s and the employee’s point of view.   Mary assists businesses in:

• finding the right people for your team through a process of interviewing and evaluation.
• retaining them and developing them for better performance.
• developing and advancing policies, procedures and employee benefits for the business that foster fairness and engagement, while observing regulations.
• creating tools for better communication and understanding among employees – such as progress check-ins, resolving disagreements, changing behaviors, etc.
• delivering future career paths.

She works with small businesses with a few to 50 + employees as the “Human Resource” Manager and Department for businesses who have no or limited HR resources.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
