Stacie Claypoole is a Human Resources Professional who supports a diverse team at PDP Group, Inc. in Hunt Valley, MD. Stacie believes her mission is to provide co-workers with a positive, customer service oriented HR experience at all times. PDP has recently become a part of The Amynta Group and now Stacie supports over 1,500 employees nationwide along with her three colleagues. Stacie has put her talent of having the "gift of gab" to good use as a Trainer in both the For Profit and Non-Profit sectors. In 1996, Stacie received her degree in Special Education. Eighteen years of experience in that field has shaped her into the type of HR professional employees respect and appreciate. Stacie resides with her family in beautiful Harford County, MD, where you can find her in the stands on the lacrosse fields or kayaking down Deer Creek.


Objectives are:

  1. The psychology behind why it is difficult for the facilitator to have that uncomfortable conversation.
  2. How to prepare for a positive conversation, not one that is awkward and confrontational.
  3. How to make agreements during the conversation to move forward from the issue at hand.
