Ted is recognized throughout Maryland as an authority in the field of workers' compensation law. 

He is the co-author of the Workers' Compensation Manual published since 1977 by the Maryland State Bar Association, and for many years he has chaired and participated in continuing legal education courses on workers' compensation. 

Ted is the co-author of the Practice Manual for the Maryland Lawyer, which is published by the Maryland State Bar Association.

Ted has handled numerous cases before the Workers' Compensation Commission as well as the Circuit Courts and the Appellate Courts in Maryland. 

Ted has been designated by his peers as a "Super Lawyer" and has been assigned the highest rating (AV) by Martindale Hubbell.
