SUMMARY:
This interactive roundtable will demonstrate the strategies for and benefits of focusing employees' efforts on the things that really matter to their organization. This session will explore the benefits of creating line of sight between employees' everyday behaviors and bottom line business results AND communicating this link to employees. The discussion will focus on identifying the factors that motivate various levels of employees to perform and the types of variable pay systems that can be used to reward high performers. This session will help owners/executives create a system that will attract, motivate, and retain key talent, as well as encourage employees to focus on continuous operational improvement. This session will emphasize the balance between organizational success and individual performance. This “line of sight” is an employee’s perception of the degree to which his/her contributions are linked to the success of the organization.
Attendees will: 1. Identify key behaviors of all levels of employees and the link between those behaviors and the company's bottom line. 2. Learn how to create a line of sight in their employees that will motivate them to achieve results. 3. Determine the types of variable pay that can be used to motivate behaviors that will impact the company's bottom line results.
