Recent findings by the Workplace Bullying Institute indicate that 37% of the U.S. workforce reported being bullied. And another 12% have witnessed bullying. That's nearly half of the U.S. workforce, or 71.5 million workers.

The impact of workplace bullying?  Loss of productivity, employee turnover, absenteeism and medical costs from stress related illness--all estimated to cost $300 billion per year.
