Maury Weinstein
System Source

Since 1981, Maury Weinstein has been president and co-owner of System Source; a four time Baltimore Sun Top Workplace Award Winner. The company’s 70 employees serve clients from its headquarters and training center locations in Hunt Valley and Columbia. 
  
Maury earned his degree from University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering.  He has also studied economics and entrepreneurial management at the Wharton School and received graduate electrical engineering course work at Stanford University.  He started his career with AMD in Silicon Valley where he brought new chip designs into production.   
  
Maury has spoken to many audiences on marketing, culture, Fun@Work, recruiting testing, performance assessments and alongside author Dan Pink discussing “Why Incentives Cannot Work”. 
  
In 1996, System Source acquired a very early Internet company and continues to offer hosting services alongside migrations to Amazon Web Services.  Maury has helped staff members build client relationships now in their 3rd decade. 

Objectives are:

  1. Creating a motivational assessment system including the "radical idea" of holding monthly assessment meetings with all staff members
  2. Tie between assessment and merit increase systems
  3. Overcoming barriers to improved assessment systems
