Ryan McShane is the Human Resources Officer for Baltimore County Department of Aging and the Principal & Founder of HRevolution, LLC- a resume writing and human resource consulting firm. 

Ryan has created and implemented various Human Resource Development programs such as Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management for Project Management, The Continuous Learning Committee (CLC), career coaching and many other organizational development initiatives. 

Ryan is passionate about maximizing human potential to meet career and business objectives. His latest mission is to provide professional support and resources to persons in career transition and educate as many professionals and employers on the opportunities associated with a Mature Workforce. Ryan is especially accomplished in creating dynamic, systems-driven organizations that capture and share knowledge across hierarchal levels and generations to advance business outcomes.

Objectives are:

1. State why it is important and the benefits of having a formalized succession plan for the company
2. Identify key questions that will impact the design of a succession plan
3. Identify the critical elements to include in succession planning, potential obstacles and how to overcome them
