In the early 1990’s, the State Highway Administration made recommendations to address the unsafe and inadequate section of York Road, from McCormick Road to Phoenix Road.  These recommendations were rejected and are no longer viable. However, each year, the traffic congestion in this area worsens.

Join us as Councilman Kach presents his plan for resurrecting the proposal of relocating York Road and making it a Baltimore County priority.
