Kevin Belshaw is a Certified Financial Planner TM professional with Diversified Wealth Solutions. Kevin is a registered representative of MML Investors Services, LLC and Member SIPC. In addition to his security licenses, Kevin also has holds the life and health insurance license. Kevin has been in the financial services industry for the past seven years. He specializes in working with individuals, executives, and business owners with all of their financial planning, estate planning, benefit planning and succession planning needs. 

Kevin is a member of the North East Tech Council, The Chesapeake Tech Council's Finance Forum and Event Planning Forum, and The Hunt Valley Forum's Finance Committee. His is also an active member of the CFP association.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the investment and insurance industry. Throughout his time as a financial professional, he has worked with corporations, non-profit organizations, professional athletes, executives, families, and widows providing solutions in estate planning, executive compensation planning, retirement planning, employee benefits, charitable giving planning, charitable estate planning and business continuity planning. Frank is associated with several societies and committees including Society of Financial Professionals, National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, Chesapeake Planned Giving Council, and Baltimore Estate Planning Council.

With 25 years of progressive experience dealing with Federal and state tax issues for businesses and individuals, Jim’s work has brought him in contact with numerous industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, service and retail businesses, private equity firms, and real estate. Jim has broad, thorough knowledge and expertise across multiple business and individual income tax situations. These include consulting with clients on issues such as succession and estate tax planning, employee benefits, and tactical tax planning. He also assists companies in analyzing their organizational structure to maximize tax benefits and provide better liability protection. He is a graduate of Towson University, where he earned a B.S. in Accounting, and he has been published in The Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Business Journal, The Daily Record, The Business Monthly and several trade organization periodicals, keeping readers apprised of current income tax regulations and strategies. Jim has twice been named SmartCPA in 2007 and 2010 by Smart CEO Magazine.

Adam Zimmerman is an attorney with the law firm of Wase, Wase & Grace, LLC in Lutherville, MD.  Mr. Zimmerman represents individuals and families in developing their estate plans of varying levels of complexity, supporting personal representatives in navigating the probate process, administering trusts, petitioning for guardianship, assisting with entity formation and business transactions.  He also has a background in commercial real estate and commercial real estate finance.  Mr. Zimmerman received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
