This course is beneficial for leaders across the entire organization. At Insight Management, we do not believe leaders are born, nor do we believe every boss is a leader. We believe anyone can be a leader. Leaders are developed, and communication is the key to outstanding leadership.

Our What Motivates Me seminars help employees identify their motivators and build them into their work so that they can be happier and more productive. When leaders know what motivates their team members, they can assign tasks accordingly resulting in increased employee engagement and retention.

ATTENDEES OF THIS ROUNDTABLE WILL ...

  • Learn a powerful model for behavior change

  • Exceeding your personal limits
