Howard Bank's passion - their very reason for existence- is
to prove the value of one on one relationships in a world
that sometimes seems to revolve around one on many
‎soundbites and you tubes- while acknowledging the
value of quick and constant communication.

We demand that our own leaders provide real ,tangible
and measurable contributions to the knowledge base
and comfort level of ‎ all of our stakeholders and value
his more than the number of linked In contacts and
Facebook "Friends"- while acknowledging the value of
memorable impressions

We believe leaders make a real and sustainable difference
in the communities ‎in which they live and I will try to
encourage the other executives in the room that focusing
on their people's core values and results will have a greater
impact on their bottom line than anything else they may
be paying for today.
